Refund Policy

At KLhub Services LLC, all products are sourced or ordered specifically based on customer requests or pre-order arrangements. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund for Non-Quality Issues

Refunds or returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Size or color dissatisfaction

  • Wrong selection by customer

  • Expectation mismatch

  • No longer needed

  • Delays caused by logistics or customs

  • Minor differences in packaging or appearance

2. Pre-Order Policy

All orders are pre-orders and processed specifically for each customer. Once payment is made and the order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products sourced from China or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless there is a verified major defect.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock before shipment

  • Order cannot be fulfilled by supplier

  • Payment was made but order was not processed

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by logistics, customs, inspections, holidays, or force majeure do not qualify for refunds.

7. Agreement

By making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
