Terms & Conditions

1. Order Type
We offer two types of orders:
a) Sourcing & Purchasing Service (Customer Requested Products): Products sourced from China based on customer-provided photos, links, or product names.
b) KLhub Listed Products: Products officially listed and sold on KLhub’s website or platforms.
All orders are pre-orders and processed only after confirmation.

2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required in advance before order placement. Orders will not be processed without confirmed payment.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Shipping method is determined based on product size and weight:
• Small-size and lightweight items are shipped by air freight with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 days.
• Large-size or heavy items are shipped by sea freight with an estimated delivery time of 30–45 days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Area
The stated delivery timelines apply to Dubai only. Delivery to other Emirates may require additional time and extra charges, which will be informed in advance.

5. Possible Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to supplier issues, customs clearance, inspections, logistics conditions, public holidays, or force majeure events. Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.

6. Price & Cost Adjustment
Prices are calculated based on product cost, shipping, and handling fees. In the event of unexpected cost increases, the buyer may be required to top up the difference or accept order cancellation before shipment.

7. Order Confirmation & Changes
Once payment is made and the order is placed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.

8. Returns & Refunds Policy
No returns or refunds for change of mind, size issues, color preferences, or personal expectations. Refunds are only applicable if the product is unavailable before shipment and payment has not been released to the supplier.

9. Product Variations
Minor differences in color, packaging, logo, model details, or specifications may occur due to supplier batches or factory updates and are not considered defects.

10. Quality & Inspection
Unless specifically agreed in writing, no detailed quality inspection or brand authentication is guaranteed.

11. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product details, quantities, and delivery information. KLhub Services LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

12. Liability Limitation
KLhub Services LLC is not responsible for indirect losses, resale profit loss, or business interruption caused by delivery delays or supplier-related issues.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
